Creation of EIDDO 2020
EIDDO was set up in 2020 by father (Dave) and sons (Steve & Paul) to accelerate and grow our property development portfolio.
EIDDO is welsh translation for ‘property, asset or capital’.
Between us we have built three houses and grown a portfolio of 16 residential and commercial properties.
We’re dedicated to designing, building and refurbishing residential and commercial properties to produce good quality homes and create long term relationships with our investors.

Steve is a chartered quantity surveyor (MRICS) with a masters degree in construction law (LLM) currently running his own construction advisory consultancy firm in Wales and operating both in the UK and the Middle East.
Steve has over 30 years construction and development experience holding senior commercial roles on major schemes in London, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Borneo, Oman, Dubai, Qatar and Kazakhstan.

Dave is a retired university marketing manager with a masters degree in business administration (MBA) and a background in prevision engineering.
After retirement from academia, Dave has undertaken self-build projects for the past 20 years to build up a substantial property portfolio.

Paul is a chartered building surveyor currently running his own building surveying practice operating in Wales and the South West.
Paul has over 27 years construction industry experience with his formative years spent as a qualified carpenter and latterly in senior roles as a building surveyor for leading edge national surveying firms.
